West Hollywood : Funds OKd for Russian Center
The City Council has approved a $50,000 contract with the Assn. of Soviet Jewish Emigres to establish a Russian Cultural Center.
The center will provide citizenship information, a Russian Fine Arts Exhibit and Film Festival, live theater, voter registration and Russian-as-a-second-language classes.
