6 Hurt as Army Copter Hits Airport Light Pole

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. —
An Army helicopter on a rescue mission was destroyed and six people were injured when the aircraft’s rotor struck an airport light pole, officials said.
The UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter had landed at an airport Wednesday night after bad weather hampered the rescue of a hiker who had fallen from a cliff.
