Hutton Development Co., Santa Ana, said it bought Ebasco Plaza, a six-story building and two-story parking structure at MacArthur and Harbor boulevards, with partner Tobishima Development Co. from MLH Group of New York . . . The Newport Pacific Group of Companies, a mortgage banker and developer, moved its headquarters to the top floor of the Sanwa Bank Building at Koll Center Newport, signing a five-year, $2.5-million lease for 17,600 square feet with the Koll Co.
