200 Rebels Ransack North Uganda Town

KAMPALA, Uganda —
About 200 rebels raided and ransacked a northeastern Ugandan town, killing at least 10 people at random, a government official said Friday.
The members of the rebel Uganda People’s Army, armed with rifles, machine guns and machetes, hit the town of Ngora on Thursday, according to a senior government administrator.
