8 Killed, 27 Injured in India Bus Bombing

CHANDIGARH, India — Eight people were killed when a bomb planted by Sikh extremists exploded on a bus just outside this north Indian city on Friday, police said.
They said 27 people were injured when the time bomb went off half an hour after the bus left Chandigarh, joint capital of Punjab and Haryana states.
