Intel Corp. and Digital Communications Associates Inc. introduced a new computer programming product that they say will greatly simplify communications between personal computers. The product, a communications programming interface, offers computer software developers a way to integrate communications and applications functions within the same program, a spokesman said, meaning that software users based on the standard could send documents more quickly and to more people.
