Phillips Petroleum to Sell Oil, Gas Stake to Conoco

Phillips Petroleum Co. has agreed to sell its interest in the Williston Basin oil and gas properties to Conoco, a subsidiary of Du Pont Co., a Phillips spokesman said Monday.
