The Hotel of Mexico, a 20-year-old, 35-story white elephant in Mexico City, will be transformed into the 164th World Trade Center, the president of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers said. The trade center will include 500 businesses, a five-star hotel, a sports club and a permanent exposition site, all of which will cost $200 million and will take 18 to 24 months to complete.
