The attorney for the Costa Mesa woman suing Wade Boggs of the Boston Red Sox said he will not proceed with the $12-million palimony suit against the third baseman until after the season.

James McGee, attorney for Margo Adams, said previously scheduled arrangements to take Boggs’ deposition Friday--one day after the Red Sox were to begin a four-game series against the Angels at Anaheim Stadium, have been postponed to prevent any interference with the American League East race and possible playoff series.
