Shareholder Sues Micom Systems to Halt Merger

Micom Systems in Simi Valley said it has been sued by a shareholder who is trying to prevent the company from going ahead with a previously announced merger with the New York investment firm Odyssey Partners.

Odyssey had announced in early August that it would buy Micom for $16 a share or $301 million. Micom makes equipment that links computers electronically.
