Boston Murder Suspect Arrested in Mexico

BOSTON —
One of the FBI’s most wanted criminals, charged with killing a Boston policeman and wounding another and with robbing several Texas banks, was arrested Monday in Mexico, the FBI said.
Details of Ted Otsuki’s arrest were not disclosed. Officials at the FBI’s Boston office refused to say whether FBI agents acted alone or in conjunction with Mexican officials.
