The widow of Marxist Chilean President Salvador Allende, who died during a military coup staged by Gen. Augusto Pinochet in 1973, says she will return to Chile after Sept. 11 to campaign against the military dictator. Hortensia Bussi de Allende, 74, who has been living in exile for 15 years, discussed her plans at her Mexico City home. “I will definitely campaign for the opposition,” she said, referring to the plebiscite on Oct. 5 in which Chileans will decide whether to grant Pinochet eight more years in office.
