WASHINGTON —
Nancy Reagan will be in Phoenix on Thursday to attend the dedication of the Dr. Loyal and Edith Davis Neurosurgical Research Laboratory at the Barrow Neurological Institute in honor of the First Lady’s parents, the White House announced Tuesday.
