TS Industries, a Huntington Beach maker of insulation products, has sold its Ontario chemical-making subsidiary to Henry Co. of Huntington Park in an all-cash deal valued at $4 million, the company said. The sale of Resin Technology Corp. of Ontario closed Aug. 31, said Erik Wachmeister, managing director of corporate finance for Ladenburg, Thalmann & Co., the investment banking firm that guided the deal. “TS Industries’ reason for the sale was to free up capital and focus on their core business, foam and insulation products,” Wachmeister said. Henry Co. is a privately held roofing company, he said.
