Share

The Reagan legacy. What is it? Should we ask the Blacks? The Hispanics? The elderly poor? Union workers? The homeless? What would they say about the Reagan legacy? Yes, there are those who have benefitted from the Reagan legacy. Think how the Pentagon contractors have prospered. And the wealthy.

What is the Reagan legacy? A trade deficit of $140 billion. A federal deficit that has become monstrous. A nation that has become the largest debtor nation in the world. And with foreign relations, at best, a mixed success.
