Willie Fuller pleaded guilty to failing to declare $88,000 in income in 1985 and 1986. The income was from rental properties, according to Assistant U.S. Atty. Enrique Romero. The charges against Willie Fuller stemmed from an Internal Revenue Service investigation of illicit profits generated by the Fuller drug ring, Romero said.
