It’s official: The game between the Rams and the Raiders at the Coliseum Sunday will not be shown on local television.
At 1 p.m. Thursday, the deadline for lifting the TV blackout, only 69,001 tickets had been sold, according to a Raider spokesman. That was 23,487 short of the necessary sellout. CBS, which will televise the game nationally, confirmed that it will not be on L.A.’s Channel 2 but will be on Channel 8 in San Diego.
