Three men were arrested on suspicion of possessing narcotics with intent to sell Friday by San Diego County Narcotics Task Force agents after two Chula Vista drug busts, San Diego police spokesman Bill Robinson said. The busts netted 3 kilograms of cocaine and 12 ounces of tar heroin, Robinson said.

Diego Ocanes, 32, of San Diego, was arrested at the Rohr Manor Hotel, in the 500 block of Broadway, where the heroin was seized, Robinson said. Two Tijuana men, one identified as Felix Rodriguez, 43, were arrested when the cocaine was seized in the parking lot of the Chula Vista Price Club store on Broadway, Robinson said.

All three were booked into the Metropolitan Correctional Center, Robinson said.
