TRW Inc. signed a definitive agreement to sell its Reda Pump division of Bartlesville, Okla., and its Oilwell Cable division of Lawrence, Kan., to Camco Inc. for more than $300 million. The price represents twice the annual sales for the two divisions, Cleveland-based TRW said. The deal is expected to be completed within a few weeks. Camco, which is owned by Pearson of Great Britain, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers to the energy industry of gas lift equipment, safety systems, drilling bits and related services.
