Homes and the Homeless--the Trends

Your editorial “Harassing the Homeless” (Sept. 15) was outstanding, for it brought the plight of the homeless to light once again. It is courageous and very humane when you suggest that “if Santa Ana officials are not more responsive and don’t start treating all ‘found items’ the same, the court ought to crack down even harder on the city’s cruel and selective harassment of the homeless.”
