Culver City : Rent Assistance Program
The Culver City Public Housing Agency is accepting applications to determine eligibility for rental assistance for low-income, elderly, handicapped or disabled people.
Applicants for the federal Section 8 Housing Assistance Program must have annual incomes of less than $13,400 for a single, or $15,400 for a 2-person household. Preference will be given to applicants who live or work in Culver City, are paying more than 50% of their gross monthly income for rent or are living in substandard housing.
