Appliance maker Maytag Corp. said it is speaking with potential buyers of its Jenn Industries Inc. and Magic Chef Air Conditioning Co. units. Maytag, which is in the midst of a reorganization, said it is discussing the sale with unidentified parties in an effort to focus its time and capital on making full-size major appliances and vending equipment. Maytag puts combined sales for Indianapolis-based Jenn and Bellevue, Ohio-based Magic Chef Air at $86.7 million.
