Southwest Bancorp has appointed Frank J. Mercardante, 40, as president and chief executive officer. Mercardante also was named chief executive of the company’s Southwest Bank subsidiary, and will continue to serve as president of the bank. Mercardante replaced Sidney Fox, who retired last month.
