The League of Women Voters Withdraws Debate Sponsorship

May I express my support for the league? Isn’t it bad enough for the electorate to be injured by being forced into the evil of the two lessers, without being expected to stand still for being insulted by the crass candidate showcasing arranged by the campaign managers and the TV station owners under the guise of a “debate”? It’s doubtful if any “Lincoln-Douglas” genuineness will rub off on the candidates.
