Baker’s Sentence

Regarding “Baker Guilty Plea” (Sept. 30): Under our system of equal justice, is it possible for an owner of a crowing rooster to be sentenced to 120 days in jail, and at the same time have a confessed forger of a $48,000 check, a felony, never spend one minute behind bars?
