Holly Farms Corp. said it will consider Tyson Foods Inc.’s almost $900-million takeover proposal, but analysts said Tyson will have to substantially sweeten the offer to win over the diversified food company. On Tuesday, Tyson, the nation’s largest poultry producer, said it would pay $45 in cash plus 0.25 of a Tyson share for each share of Holly. The proposal values Tyson at $894 million, or about $49 a share.
