Haunting Memories
Chris Hemmeter, developer of the New Westin on Kauai, is busily ruining the Garden Island. I’d rather go to the rat race at Waikiki before I’d stay in one of his fantasy palaces. I’m so glad Hulse can still find the “old” Kauai.
