A pay-for-performance program that General Motors Corp. instituted for its 114,000 salaried workers last year is under review, spokeswoman Patricia Malloy said. She said GM has used some form of a pay-for-performance plan for its salaried employees for years. “The problem with the modifications made last year was not so much that it distinguished among employees as much as the perception that some people were judged, in their minds, unfairly,” she said.
