Pan Am Corp.’s third-quarter net income rose 6.3% from a year ago to $67.4 million. Revenue was up 13.7% to $1.204 billion. The New York-based parent of Pan American World Airways attributed the results to continuing improvement in the level of profitability of the Pan Am Shuttle and Pan Am Express.
