California Commercial Bankshares, the holding company for National Bank of Southern California in Santa Ana, reported net income of $531,934 for the third quarter, an 85% increase over $288,078 earned in the third quarter last year. Quarterly revenue rose 52%, to $5 million from $3.3 million last year. For the first 9 months, net income grew 62%, to $1.3 million from $803,937 last year. Revenue for the period rose 20%, to $12.6 million from $10.6 million last year. The earnings figures include income and revenue from a mortgage banking division that was discontinued last year. The company’s assets were $187.1 million at the end of September, a 42% increase over $132.2 million in assets a year earlier. Total deposits rose 44%, to $172.8 million at the end of the period from $120.1 million a year earlier, while the loan portfolio rose 29%, to $109 million from $84.2 million last year.
