Forged British Bank Note Seized in China

BEIJING —
A Chinese man has been arrested for trying to cash a forged British bank note with a face value of $400,000, an official newspaper reported.
The Shaanxi Daily, available Tuesday in Beijing, said the bank branch in Xian, northern China, had foiled 27 similar attempts this year involving forged British currency.
