British charter airline Britannia Airways Ltd. said it has ordered eight Boeing 767-200 aircraft, Seattle-based Boeing Co.’s second British sales coup in two weeks. The deal, worth 590 million pounds ($1.05 billion), is also Britannia’s biggest order in the 26 years it has been operating. British Airways PLC, the British flag carrier, said on Oct. 21 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Boeing for the supply of aircraft worth a minimum of $1.78 billion.
