2 Rear Admirals Chosen by Reagan for 3rd Stars

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan has nominated two rear admirals to receive their third stars and new assignments, the Pentagon announced Friday. Rear Adm. Paul D. Butcher would become a vice admiral and chief of the Military Sealift Command. Rear Adm. Raymond P. Ilg would become vice admiral and deputy commander of U.S. Naval Forces, Europe.
