Eastman Kodak Co. will give its 77,300 U.S. employees a share of a record $263-million company bonus next year, company officials announced. The bonus, which Kodak calls a wage dividend, will be paid to employees March 10, said Ron Roberts, a Kodak spokesman in Rochester, N.Y. Most workers will receive several thousand dollars, although the exact amount depends on a person’s salary. The wage dividend is related to cash dividends declared on Kodak stock. When dividends are up, so is the company bonus.
