Nuclear Plant Shut Down

WATERFORD, Conn. — Workers at the Millstone 1 nuclear power plant shut down the reactor Sunday to investigate the cause of a steam leak, officials said. The incident involved no release of radioactivity and posed no threat to the public, officials said.
