Miniskirts and Lipstick Out, Zaire Tells Women

KINSHASA, Zaire —
Women in eastern Zaire have until Saturday to get out of Western miniskirts and into traditional African dresses or face prosecution.
Trousers, culottes, wigs, lipstick and other forms of Western decadence are also out, the official AZAP news agency reported today.
