LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Nov. 18, 1988

Maxicare Health Plans, Los Angeles, has appointed Robert L. Dawson senior vice president-marketing and James Rochwick senior vice president-sales. Dawson previously was regional vice president-Southeast. He replaces David M. Hallis, who has resigned. Rochwick previously was regional vice president-marketing in the Midwest region. He will continue to be based in Chicago.
