U.S. Eases Guyana Trade

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan informed Congress on Friday that he has designated Guyana as eligible for some trade liberalization measures available under the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act. The designation will entitle the country’s products to duty-free treatment for a period ending Sept. 30, 1995.
