New Atlanta Editor Stable After Surgery for Cancer

AUSTIN, Tex. —
Arnold Rosenfeld, the newly named editor of the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, was in stable condition Tuesday after surgery to remove his left kidney, which contained a malignant tumor, hospital officials said.
