George Reinhardt has been named corporate controller of Covington Development Group Inc., a Fullerton-based home builder. Reinhardt, who had ben assistant coporate controller, succeeds Robert Shirley, who was named chief financial officer. Before joining Covington in January, 1987, Reinhardt was with the accounting firm of Kenneth Leventhal & Co.
