Perry Riddle’s recent article about me, (Reflections, Oct. 11) was done with skill and sensitivity. When Mr. Riddle came into my home to interview me, he was neat, courteous, caring and low-key. He is a true professional.

Believe it or not, when my husband and I read the piece early Tuesday morning, we cried--it was so real and touching. And it was difficult to comprehend that we were the central figures in this true-life saga. We feel so blessed that we met each other.

I have had several telephone calls from people who are interested in Common Bond. (This is where my husband and I first met.) This is a nondenominational social club for widows and widowers. They meet every Monday at 7:30 p.m. at North Valley Jewish Centers Assn. in Granada Hills.
