Someone who played “Lotto 6/49" in Irvine won the midweek game’s $14.3-million jackpot but must hold onto the valuable ticket until lottery offices reopen Monday, a spokesman said Thursday.

The winning numbers drawn Wednesday were 4, 7, 11, 27, 31, 39 and the bonus number, 21. A ticket with the six regular numbers and worth $14,332,143 was purchased in Irvine, California Lottery spokesman Jim Hamblin said.
