Yorba Linda Library Gets PBS Video Series
The Yorba Linda Library has more than 100 hours of PBS programming, including “A Walk Through the 20th Century With Bill Moyers,” “I, Claudius,” “The Shakespeare Plays” and “The Living Planet” on VHS videocassette.
This award-winning collection of 11 complete series was purchased through the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Video Library Classics Project, a nationwide program to make the tapes available to public libraries at 90% off the retail price.
A program guide to describe the offerings will accompany the videos. Each series will include public performance rights to allow showings in the library and before community groups.
