Company: Econo Inc., 7671 Liberty Ave. Huntington Beach Penalty: $1,000 Violation: Operating a paint spray booth without a permit and using an inefficient paint sprayer that resulted in excess hydrocarbon fumes. Company: Aharon Zanki (ARCO dealer), 2040 S. Bristol St. Santa Ana; 3270 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim Penalty: $900 Violation: Failure to maintain vapor recovery equipment at both service stations; failure to have a valid operating permit at the Santa Ana station. Company: Behr Process Corp., 1603 W. Alton St., Santa Ana Penalty: $700 Violation: Failure to cover paint mixing tanks.
