Sudan to Get Flood Aid

PARIS —
A group of 10 industrialized nations will give Sudan about $300 million to help reconstruction after devastating floods in August and September, the World Bank said Wednesday. The floods, which hit hardest in Sudan’s capital, Khartoum, and the northern regions of the country, left about 2 million people homeless.
