REAL ESTATE : Nexus USA Acquires Option on Land in Riverside; Shopping Center Planned
Nexus USA, an Irvine developer, said it has acquired an option on 3.5 acres next to the Riverside Freeway in Riverside for the firm’s second small shopping center in that county.
The center will be called Nexus Promenade-Riverside and have 35,000 square feet of retail space. This center will be about a mile from the first, Nexus Town Center-Riverside.
