LIVERPOOL, England —
A man who stabbed his heroin-addict son to death was acquitted of murder and manslaughter Friday.
A jury took 40 minutes to find John Albertina not guilty in the killing of his 21-year-old son, Stephen, on March 11.
Albertina, 51, told the court he acted in self-defense after his son came at him with a wrench during a family fight.
