Loan Approved for Park Mile Building

ITT Real Estate Services has closed a $9,750,000 first mortgage loan for an office building in the Park Mile District of Los Angeles.

The loan will provide funding for construction of the 59,850-square-foot concrete-and-glass building that is under way at 4848 Wilshire Blvd.
