Japanese Firm Purchases Apartments in Sacramento

Riverview Ranch, a 262-unit garden apartment complex in Sacramento, has been purchased for $14.1 million by Kugaya Shoji, Tokyo-based realty investment firm, and represents the largest property acquired by Japanese buyers in the capital, according to the Bank of America, investor adviser to Shoji.
