ATI Earnings Up Slightly on 65% Increase in Sales

ATI Medical earned $207,053, or 4 cents a share, in the first quarter ended Oct. 31, a 1% increase from a year earlier. Sales rose 65% to $8.3 million.

The Glendale company, which rents medical equipment to hospitals and the entertainment business, said its computer software subsidiary continued to lose money in the quarter, but is expected to break even later in the fiscal year.
